Licence holders will instead receive a list of their requirements to renew, to bring them in line with new legislation. All licence holders will be given 90 days to meet these requirements.
Once all of the requirements have been met, licence holders will be able to renew their licence under the 2024 Act.
There is no need to contact Licensing Services as all licence holders will be provided the necessary information for their transition.
