Perth Central Law Courts building disruptions

The Perth Central Law Courts (CLC) building has been unable to conduct business since being disrupted by flooding from a burst waterpipe on Monday, 17 June 2024. The flooding incident impacted all matters scheduled on Monday, 17 June 2024 at the CLC as well as audio/visual hearings at court locations around the State.

This disruption is ongoing and the Department of Justice continues to work on resolving the issue as soon as practicable.

Arrangements have been made to list matters at other suitable court locations in the Perth CBD.

People who have a court appearance should still attend Central Law Courts unless advised otherwise by the court.  On arrival at the Central Law Courts, court staff will direct those attending to the relevant courtroom.
