Use the following collection of documents and templates if your procurement is simple, low risk, valued between $50,000 and $250,000, and you need to obtain written quotes. These documents and templates must be used as a package.
These documents and templates are not suitable for a number of procurement types including works consultancy services, legal services, ICT services and cleaning services. Refer to section 2 of the Guide to Completing the Written Quote Template Suite for further information about whether these documents and templates are suitable for your needs.
If these documents and templates are not suitable or your procurement is complex, high value or high risk, use the templates for the open tender process at Goods and services templates or your agency's works procurement templates.
