This document is the guideline approved by the Director General, Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety on 31 January 2020 under section 70O of the Mining Act 1978 identifying the form and content of information required in a mining proposal.
This Guideline takes effect from 3 March 2020 and supersedes the Guidelines for Mining Proposals in Western Australia published 2016 and the Guideline for Mining Proposals in Western Australia published 2006.
