The GovNext-ICT CUA expired on 19 April 2025.
No new orders can be placed under the GovNext Umbrella Agreement.
The contract term of any extended orders survives the expiry of the Umbrella Agreement.
Customers will be responsible for all contract management activities for orders beyond expiry of the CUA.

Show moreThe Department of Finance is currently in the process of developing new panel arrangements to replace the services previously provided under the GovNext CUA.
The new arrangements are due to commence in mid-2025.

The catalogue outlining the services available under each Prime Contractor:
- Defines and outlines the high-level details of each service a Prime Contractor provides.
- Provides information on the service options available to customers from the Prime Contractor.
- Outlines minimum service levels required under the CUA.
