
Broome Detectives have charged a man with seven offences after he sexually assaulted three women in Cable Beach during the early hours of Sunday, 20 April 2025.
The accused had been socialising with a large group of people which included the victims, at licenced premises during the evening of Saturday 19 April.
Late in the evening the group continued socialising at residential premises in Cable Beach where the alleged offences were committed during the early hours of Sunday morning.
The 29-year-old man from Gingin has been charged with:
• Two counts of Sexual Penetration without Consent;
• Four counts of Unlawful and Indecent Assault; and
• One count of Aggravated Home Burglary and Commit.
He is next due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 29 May 2025.
