Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section have charged a 27-year-old man in relation to a fatal crash that occurred at Bornholm, near Torbay, on Thursday 10 April 2025.
It will be alleged about 4.10am, the man was driving a silver Toyota Landcruiser on Lower Denmark Road, nearly 30 kilometres west of Albany, when it collided with a white Toyota Landcruiser.
The 34-year-old female driver of the white Landcruiser was declared deceased at the scene.
A 27-year-old man from Little Grove has been charged with one count of dangerous driving occasioning death.
He is due to appear in Albany Magistrates Court on Thursday, 1 May 2025.
